PSYOP happens to be a multimedia design firm that has high-profile clients such as Starbucks, Coca Cola, Adidas, Absolut, HP and Converse, to name a few, under their belt.

PSYOP is not just an average ad agency: most of their animations are creative and definitely not run-of-the-mill. On its website’s portfolio, the agency states that “PYSOP seeks to win the hearts and minds of people through creative content that people willingly seek out”.
Remember the famous Coke ad where chaos bursting in colour and a dozen different characters were bursting into life heralding a Coke bottle from one side to the other until it ends in quiet down a vending machine slot? That ad was done by them.

I totally love the video design too, as if it were coloured in with a pencil.

It certainly does help that apart from the ads, the layout of the website is very easy on the eyes. I particularly love the whole sketchy theme. Then again maybe I’m biased. I always had an affinity for such themes.
Another noticeable ad I realised was the Haagen Daaz advertisements – PSYOP portrayed it in the unlikely form of honey bees in nature in all its full colourful glory to the booming dramatic tunes of opera music. Whatever does it has to do with ice cream? Well honey bees are dying, and they help produce many of Haagen Daz’ finest ingredients. The ad wants viewers to help save them. Pretty effective advertising, I would say

I think they have managed to live up to their tagline – which is borrowed off from the US Government’s Psychological Operations Division, “Persuade, Change, Influence.” And persuade, change and influence they did.
